As part of the \"Joining Hands to Overcome Typhoon Yagi \u2013 For a Resilient Vietnam\" campaign, MSD United Way Vietnam conducted a training session on May 26, 2025, titled \"Health and Psychological Care for Children and Adolescents during Natural Disasters\". The session targeted over 20 faculty members at V\u0103n T\u1ed1 Secondary School in T\u1ee9 K\u1ef3 District, H\u1ea3i D\u01b0\u01a1ng Province.<\/div>\n

The training session was led by Dr. Nguy\u1ec5n Thu Giang, Deputy Director of the LIGHT Institute for Community Health Development \u2013 a leading expert in adolescent health \u2013 and Ms. D\u01b0\u01a1ng Th\u1ecb Hoa, a gender specialist. Leveraging their deep expertise and extensive practical experience, the two specialists delivered content that was both theoretical and practical. This equipped teachers with enhanced capabilities to identify and address students' psychological and health issues during emergency situations such as natural disasters and floods.
