BACKGROUND<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Management and Sustainable Development Institute (MSD) is a Vietnamese Non-governmental Organization established on March 05, 2008. ASSIGNMENT REQUESTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Assignment purpose:<\/strong>\u00a0The Program Intern will support his\/her direct supervisor and the team to manage and execute MSD\u2019s program\/project activities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Working location:<\/strong>\u00a0Mainly in Ho Chi Minh City.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assigned manager and technical supporter:<\/strong>\u00a0Directly report to and be supported\/coached by the Program Coordinator, and\/or Program Director.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supervision:<\/strong>\u00a0Volunteers<\/li>\n<li><strong>Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting with project management tasks: Providing assistance to projects\/programs of MSD throughout project\/program management cycle (designing and developing plan, coordinating the implementation, monitoring and evaluation). Supporting event organization and communication tasks at MSD in general;<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with various stakeholders to maintain communications and partnerships;<\/li>\n<li>Documenting the projects and meetings, and providing updates\/communication for projects in charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Work plan:<\/strong>Workplan of MSD strategy<\/li>\n<li><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Working in the professional, healthy, and dynamic environment of MSD;<\/li>\n<li>Learning opportunities with other MSD managers, leaders and experts;<\/li>\n<li>National and international learning or workshop participation opportunities in related topics;<\/li>\n<li>Monthly allowance: 2,000,000 VND\/month for the full-time position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>C. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduated or final year of bachelor studies, in social science, management, communication, social works, or related fields;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with research activities and data analysis is a plus;<\/li>\n<li>High command of communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English;<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking and analysis;<\/li>\n<li>Strong MS Office proficiency;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and professionally; good team work skills;<\/li>\n<li>High commitment to work.
