"When encountering cases of individuals without personal identification documents, remember that there is an organization that can help—MSD United Way Vietnam. Remember this moment today—when you learned about the importance of a birth certificate, a national ID card, and the fundamental rights they represent. And please remember that MSD United Way Vietnam is deeply committed to supporting the most vulnerable members of society."

"I hope that today, as we return from this seminar with everything we have seen, heard, and felt, each of us will use our abilities—within our own capacity—to first spread the message to those around us, to our friends, and to our colleagues. This will help the project grow even further, allowing us to see many more future generations who are healthy, happy, educated, and empowered to make their own life decisions and build their own futures."

Dưới đây là bản dịch tiếng Anh của đoạn văn: "As a mother, I am particularly passionate about the 'A New Chapter of Life' project that MSD United Way Vietnam has been implementing since 2014, aiming to promote birth registration rights and other fundamental rights for children and youth in disadvantaged circumstances in Ho Chi Minh City as well as across Vietnam. I hope that with my personal efforts and all the resources I can mobilize, I will be able to accompany this project and other initiatives of MSD United Way Vietnam to improve the lives of vulnerable individuals in the community."

"It’s so emotional to finally have a birth certificate—now I can go to school and get vaccinated. I just hope that uncles and aunts will continue to help others in difficult situations like us so that more children can have a birth certificate, go to school, and overcome the hardships of life."

"When I grow up, I want to study to become a lawyer so I can help children who, like me, once had no birth certificate, go to school—just like the uncles and aunts from the 'New Chapter of Life' project helped my family."
