At the two school points in Thon 1 and Thon 10, part of Dong Quan Primary School in Luc Yen District, Yen Bai Province, the students and teachers are using small, makeshift, unsanitary, and unsafe toilets. After Typhoon Yagi, the sanitation facilities have deteriorated even further, significantly affecting the quality of teaching and learning for over 200 students at the school.
