May marked the fifth consecutive month that An Lạc Kindergarten (Yen Bai) has received support from the “Warm Meals” initiative — part of MSD United Way Vietnam’s “Joining hands to overcome Typhoon Yagi – for a resilient Vietnam” campaign.
“I really enjoyed the meal today!” “They served my favorite egg and meat dish!” – these innocent remarks beautifully illustrate the enduring, caring journey our community has embarked upon. Thanks to the heartfelt support coming from all corners of the country, the children are not only growing stronger and healthier but also maturing day by day, nurtured by the warmth and compassion of caring hearts.
Understanding the concern that many families faced—destroyed crops due to Typhoon Yagi, unable to afford their children’s boarding meals at school—during the upcoming summer months, 50 disadvantaged children will receive daily nutritious meals and enjoy learning and play in a nurturing, joyful environment.
Every small step we’ve achieved today is thanks to the collective generosity of thousands of compassionate hearts across the country.
