6 MORE BIRTH CERTIFICATES COMPLETED - 6 LIFE DOORS UNLOCKED!

During June - Action Month for Children, MSD United Way Vietnam officially issued 6 birth certificates for children with special circumstances in Ho Chi Minh City. Each document delivered not only fulfills legal recognition but also ignites hope for education, healthcare access, and civil rights protection for lives once overlooked amid poverty barriers and complex procedures.

Behind every certificate lies a moving story: M.T. (aged 9) lost birth confirmation papers, with family unable to afford DNA testing to verify parentage. T.L. & T.T. are two sisters who live with their single mother after their Cambodian father returned home. Despite excelling at charity schools, they lacked identification for years P.T., adopted in 2015, had documents lost during frequent relocations. K.A. was abandoned at one month old; her adoptive father left after remarriage, leaving her with elderly grandparents. Mr. T.L. & Mrs. M.D.'s family: The construction worker father pawned his ID card at a milk store over a 700,000 VND debt; the mother, an ethnic minority member with limited Vietnamese proficiency, relies on the father's unstable income.

Guided by our mission to build a fair society for children, MSD United Way Vietnam remains steadfast in supporting vulnerable families. Your contribution today will give hope to children still "invisible" on paper – empowering them not just to be named, but to write their own bright futures.
